Concept ｜design

The now-famous hooded sports sweatshirt became popular in the 1950s. This style started out as a round-neck sweatshirt with a hood added, intended for workers in upstate New York. At the time, the hood was simply sewn onto the sweatshirt and a pocket was added to the front, but that design became the basis for the parka that would later become popular.

structure ｜silhouette

Inspired by the 1930s style, it has a hood attached to the neck, a loose silhouette, and a moderate length that makes the upper body look slim.

rhetoric ｜detail

The chest features a plain antique water-based print, recreating the effect of old clothes that have faded over years of wear and washing. The neck, sleeves and hem are ribbed for durability. There is a pocket on the front to keep your hands warm, which is convenient for the winter season.

Subject｜material

 This item is made from a comfortable 420g cotton fabric, which is a high density wax dyed cotton that has been washed and specially treated to give it an antique stone washed look.
