Concept ｜design

The parka jacket was inspired by the down parka worn by Eddie Bauer's expedition on the K2 Chogori peak in 1952. The following year, Eddie improved on it and introduced the Karakoram Parka, which became the foundational design for modern polar down coats.

structure ｜silhouette

This padded parka jacket features a slim silhouette that fits close to the body while still allowing freedom of movement. Made from a high-density Japanese cotton-nylon blend, it's durable, comfortable and breathable. Inside is a 200-gram 3-layerM Filled with Thinsulate® warm fleece, it's super light and warm.

Subject | Material

The blended fabric gives the jacket a firm shape and is waterproof, windproof and warm, making it ideal for autumn and winter. The Thinsulate® fleece on the inside keeps you warm, yet lightweight and easy to pack, and keeps you warm in damp conditions.

rhetoric| Coordination

The vintage amber red colour pairs well with dark denim trousers and boots for an outdoor adventure look, but the parka is also suitable for everyday urban wear, pairing it with a simple knit or a lightweight wool sweater for a stylish and warm look.
