Concept ｜ Design
The jacket's design inspiration comes from the 1940s U.S. Air Force A-2 flight jacket, with its stand-up collar, zipper down the front, and extra material on the shoulders to accommodate movement during flight. The wool ribbed edges, leather trim next to the zipper, and the design of the arm pockets all add to the practicality of the garment while still retaining the rigor of military uniforms.
